It is something impalpable, of which one can only smell and perceive its presence through art and strong emotions. Being talented means bringing one’s expressiveness to light through creation.
The hairdresser knows this well. He expresses his talent through up-to-date knowledge of fashion and seasonal trends and cultivates it by choosing the best training for him.
But what are the characteristics that a talented hairdresser must-have?
The first aspect is total empathy with the client. Because it allows him to enter the world of the person in front of him and to feel the emotions. The look therefore through innovative ideas and continuous evolution will always be up to the customer’s wishes. His knowledge is shaped based on experience and sharing with staff and colleagues, and takes on always different connotations in relation to the relationship with the woman, the muse of his art.
Another strong point is the continuous updating and comparison with colleagues, trainers, and industry experts. This allows you to always get involved and to share the feelings and problems encountered in the daily application of practices, tools, and knowledge.
The last feature to consider primary is the constant desire to evolve and discover new things. In the Hair Stylist profession, stopping is detrimental to work and the relationship with customers; we must continue to value our talent and at the same time question it.
The aspects indicated above are in our opinion valid for everyone: from the hairdresser to the beginning up to the most experienced hairdresser. Being a hairdresser is a vocation that must be pursued with determination, passion and a constant desire to innovate.
Max Casinell i, as a professional and coach, teaches these values to course participants and to the coaching path, so that training days can only be an input for a personal appreciation that comes from within and that extends to the team and the activities of the lounge area.
